Orders get shipped within 24 hours after made order, an order can sometimes in rare occasions take 1-4 working days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

When your items are shipped out, you will receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

Unexpected Delays

Due to COVID-19 and other unexpected instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived in time and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

1) Shipping Time does not include a 2-5 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

2) Our products are produced all over the world and all our products are shipped directly by our factories. So it may take more than 10 days of long international transportation.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
