Refund policy

Please read these terms carefully before making an order!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

shipping costs for returning items are always for the customer. we do not reimburse shipping costs in any way. Shipments that have to be returned to our warehouse will therefore always have to be paid for by the customer himself and must have a track and trace. You can use any carrier who offers track and trace.

We are not responsible for shipping prices in your area, nor can we change them.

If the customer does not want the products but refuses to return them, we cannot make a refund. forcing refunds through the bank in a false way or in a way that does not fit in our policy will be refused and in some cases can be penalized. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@FareShoe.co.za If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

You can only start a Dispute once :

- Your item is delivered and you can proof it's broken.

- Your item is delivered and doesn't fit.

- Your item is delivered and you don't like it and want a refund.

Note: Items that are still in the Shipping Process can not be refunded yet.

You can only start the refund process once the Shipping time has exceeded 28 Business days!

You can email us : info@fareshoes.co.za If your item has exceeded the shipping time of 28 Business days.

If your order has not been delivered yet and the shipping time has not exceeded 28 Business days you can not file for a refund.

The Refund will be done after you shipped the products back to our warehouse and we inspected them. You can not get a refund without shipping back the products first.

You need to reach one of the criteria for a refund.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Orders made within 24 hours can still be changed by emailing info@fareshoes.co.za
orders that are older than 24 hours cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded. the customer must now wait until the products are delivered and can only then request a refund by returning the products. Or if the shipping time reaches more than 28 working days. not earlier!

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
